Donations to Lynn Community Health Center

Gifts from individuals are critically important to our ability to provide care to our patients. As the Lynn Community Health Center looks to the future, we are counting on the continued support of our volunteers, donors, friends, and staff to help us build a healthy community. The Lynn Community Health Center is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization.

Our patients rely on us for comprehensive care at every stage of life. Your contribution will ensure that we continue to provide the very best care for our patients so that they may lead healthy lives.

An unrestricted gift to our Annual Fund or to one of our many programs which serve the community will allow us to apply your contribution where it will do the most good. In the past our annual fund has been designated to patient education and support programs that supplement the excellent medical care they receive (Reach Out and Read, homeless prevention, Latina women’s support group, Somali program, etc.)
